  3. Time for processing your request or complaint. Your requests will be processed within no later than 2 business days (48 hours); this period may be extended due to weekends and public holidays commonly observed in the Czech Republic.

Right to Withdraw from the Contract

  1. The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, received the goods (or the last product, partial shipment, or item, if the purchase contract concerns several goods under a single order, or delivery of the product in several partial shipments or items).
  2. Where can you exercise your rights? If you decide to withdraw from the contract, notify us through your user account. You may also contact us by email at info@pelek.eu or by telephone at +420774242766. Withdrawal from the contract may be made by any clear statement (e.g. by email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, but this is not mandatory.
  3. Address for sending returned goods. A return label is usually available in your user account at pelek-ee.com. If we have not provided a return label, send the goods to the following address: PELEK Distribution s.r.o., Kirilovova 181, 739 21 Paskov. Please contact us by email at info@pelek.eu or by telephone at +420774242766 to ensure your rights regarding the return of the goods and to agree on an individual procedure.
  4. Timely withdrawal from the contract. The withdrawal period is observed if notification of the exercise of the right to withdraw from the contract is sent before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of Withdrawal from the Purchase Contract

  1. What happens if you withdraw from the contract? If you withdraw from the contract, we will immediately, and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notice of your withdrawal from the contract, refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us).
  2. Refunds. We will use the same payment method for the refund that you used for the original transaction, unless we have expressly agreed otherwise with you; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you provide proof that you have sent the goods back, whichever occurs first.
  3. Obligation to return the goods. You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately, and no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal from the contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period expires.
  4. Costs of returning the goods. The direct costs of returning the goods are borne by the customer. If the value of the returned product exceeds EUR 40 excluding postage (i.e. from EUR 40.01), we will cover the direct return costs. You bear the direct costs of returning goods that, due to their nature, cannot be returned through regular postal services.
  5. Reduction in the value of the goods. If you withdraw from the contract, you are liable for any reduction in the value of the returned goods caused by handling them in a way other than what is necessary to establish the nature and characteristics of the goods. If damaged or incomplete goods are returned to us, we will deduct our claim for damages from the purchase price you wish to have refunded. We will always assess each individual case to determine the extent of the damage, the reduction in the value of the goods, and the corresponding reduced value. We will notify you of these steps at the email address provided.
  6. Withdrawal from the contract not possible. These cases are described in detail in Section 3.6 of the Terms and Conditions.
