12-step Single-Phase Power Factor Controller for Power Factor Control in Networks with Symmetrical Loads (TENSE)
The RGM-12S reactive power control relay is designed to reduce inductive power that does not use loads but is drawn from the grid. When inductive reactive power is drawn from the grid, it intervenes by activating capacitors of appropriate value. In this way, it attempts to bring the Cos phi value to the desired level.
7 Different power factor compensation programs
Manual power factor compensation programs
Can only compensate inductive systems
Automatic step measurement
Step engagement, disengagement, and discharge are adjustable
Adjustable voltage and current harmonic distortion values
Over- and under-compensation alarm values can be set
Voltage, harmonic voltage/current, over- and under-compensation alarm outputs
Voltage, current, and frequency values can be monitored
Active power, reactive power, and apparent power values can be monitored
Up to 15th harmonic THD-I can be monitored
Up to 15th harmonic THD-V can be monitored
Cosine value can be monitored
Power factor value can be monitored
Automatic fan output
Equal aging in steps (in some compensation programs)
