DAV-72D Panel Mount Digital Ammeter and Voltmeter AC 100 Amps, 150 V

Panel digital multimeter 72x72 mm (electronic ammeter-voltmeter) 1-phase, manufactured by TENSE, includes current transformer.

The DAV-72D is a digital combined voltmeter-ammeter designed for continuous monitoring of:

AC voltage between phase and neutral conductors,

and load current (AC), measured using an external current transformer (CT).

This device is used in electrical panels, production, distribution, and electricity monitoring systems.

Operating principle and use

The device is connected via terminals to the phase and neutral lines to be measured - this allows voltage measurement.

The current drawn is measured using the external current transformer CT-120, which is included in the delivery set.

The wires of the secondary windings of the current transformer are connected to the K and L terminals on the back of the device.

When power is connected, the display shows:

Actual phase voltage (in volts),

load current (in amperes).

Installation and setup

Mount the device on the front panel (panel mounting), with cutout dimensions of 68 × 68 mm.

Connect the CT-120 according to the diagram: the load wire is threaded through the transformer, and its output is connected to K and L.

When power is connected, the device automatically displays current and voltage values. (Do not use other types or manufacturers of current transformers - the values are factory calibrated specifically for CT-120).
