Operating time counter DHM-DIN - DIN rail mounting
Product description
The DHM-DIN operating time counter is designed to measure the operating time of devices powered from a 230 VAC network. It counts the total time the device is under voltage - suitable for machines, pumps, fans, compressors, production lines, and generally all devices requiring cumulative operating time registration.
When 230 V AC voltage is applied, the device automatically starts counting time. Values are displayed on two indicators and stored in memory even during power outages.
Technical data
Power supply voltage: 230 VAC (150-260 VAC), 50/60 Hz.
Power consumption: < 6 VA
Counting time range: up to 99,999 hours
-
Display: Indicator:
2× 3-digit display (number height 9.2 mm).
-
Mode indicator:
HHH (hours) / MM (minutes) / S (seconds)
After exceeding 999 hours → the lower display shows hours and minutes (see detailed description below).
Installation: MCB (circuit breaker) profile, DIN rail mounting
Reset: RESET button (for DHM-DIN, press with a non-conductive tool through the RESET hole).
Dimensions: 35.4 × 60 × 90 mm
Usage and operating principle
Connection according to the diagram - after powering on, the counter automatically starts counting time from zero.
-
Indicator mode on new power-up:
Top screen: HHH - three hour digits.
-
Bottom screen: MM S - two minutes + one seconds digit.
seconds increase by 1 every 6 seconds
-
After exceeding 999 hours:
-
The meaning of the indicators changes:
Bottom screen → clock
bottom screen right number → minutes (increases by 1 every 6 minutes)
-
-
Power outage memory:
When the power supply is turned off, the device retains the last measured value.
Upon power restoration, the device continues counting from the saved value
Resetting the counter
DHM-48: Press the RESET button within 5 seconds.
DHM-DIN: press the hidden RESET button with a non-conductive tool (e.g., insulated screwdriver).
After reset, all numbers are set to 000000.
Typical use
The counter is used for long-term monitoring of equipment directly connected to the power supply:
submersible pumps
domestic water supply / precious water supply
self-priming pumps
rotating machines
compressors
exhaust fans (carpentry, industrial)
production machines and lines
any equipment for which total operating time needs to be recorded
Suitable for maintenance intervals, maintenance planning, machine usage monitoring, and equipment lifespan registration.
The electrical supply we provide meets high quality standards, has a 24-month warranty, and complies with all EU requirements.
Returns of goods in the event of a warranty claim are free of charge.
