Current and voltage monitoring relay TRM-30M - single-phase, 30 A, digital display

Product description

TRM-30M is a single-phase digital relay designed to protect sensitive devices from overcurrent, overvoltage, and undervoltage.
The device allows precise adjustment of current limit and delay and displays measured voltage and current values on a two-line display. Includes a current transformer.

Main features

  • Overload protection: adjustable current 0.5 ... 30 A

  • Overvoltage protection: activates at voltage > 250 V (fixed).

  • Undervoltage protection: activates at voltage < 150 V (fixed).

  • Voltage hysteresis: 5 V

  • Voltage fault delay: 2 s

  • Voltage fault reset: 2 s

  • Clear two-line LED display:

    • Top line - voltage and overcurrent

    • Bottom line - delay time and current

  • LED status indicator "OUT"

Operating principle

  • When current is connected, the set overcurrent value and delay time are displayed.

  • The device monitors voltages between phase and neutral and the current drawn from the power supply.

  • When set values are exceeded, the relay goes into fault state:

    • NO contact open, NC contact closed.

    • LED "OUT" turns off.

    • Corresponding indicator blinks

Protection functions

  • Overload (overcurrent): when the set current and delay time are exceeded.

  • Overvoltage: when voltage is above 250 V (automatic reset when voltage falls below 245 V).

  • Undervoltage: when voltage is below 150 V (automatic reset after rising above 155 V)

Alarm

  • Upper display blinking: high or low voltage fault

  • Lower indicator blinking: high current fault

  • LED OUT: lit during normal operation

Use

  • Protection of single-phase sensitive devices (motors, heating devices, lighting).

  • Current and voltage monitoring in industrial and household applications

  • Precise setting of current limit and delay for reliable operation
