The DS-48 pulse counter is a universal two-input panel counter equipped with two 4-digit LED displays (current value + target value). It can read, subtract, and process signals from mechanical switches, PNP/NPN inductive sensors, and incremental encoders. Thanks to a wide range of input and output functions, it is suitable for industrial automation systems, production lines, measuring stations, and process control.

Installation recommendations

• Use shielded and twisted signal cables, ground the shielding

• Separate signal wires from power and supply cables separately

• Use a power supply input fuse F250 mA / 250 VAC.

• Protect devices from moisture, vibration, dust, and extreme temperatures.

• For mechanical switches, it is recommended to set the input frequency to 20 Hz.

• When using two inputs:

• Phs4 mode → max. ¼ input frequency

• Modes 1u2u, 1u2d, Phs2 → max. ½ input frequency
