Phase control relay operating algorithm: If all three phases or line voltages are present, connected in the correct sequence, and winding temperatures are within allowed limits - the relay is in operating state, contacts 15-18 are closed, and the OUT LED is on. If the voltage of any phase changes by more than 40% (or if the cumulative change in multiple directions exceeds this limit), contacts 15-18 open, contacts 15-16 close, and the OUT LED turns off. The same happens if the phase sequence is disrupted, then the light also goes out.
